Before i go on a Sonic trip i thought i would post some layouts .. i can't do much so i have found scrapbooking helps make the time go by fast.. I have been making a ton of cards too.. just don't like posting them because i enjoy the surprise of mailing to friends and family.. These photos are mostly from Jenny Thomas Photography.. i enjoy making layouts with her photos.. and love her style of photography..

So i have about 4 weeks left till Harper Marie comes.. I am certainly nesting.. but i just can't overdue it.. When she comes i won't have to do nothing but love on her and spend time with her and growing family.. and recuperating.

So for the 4th I was determined to get some pictures taken and my pages and cards taken.. i have been cleaning up my scrapbook area and going through a lot of my old things and trying to use up opened packages for cards.. well i got about 15 done in the past week.. i won't put them all on here..
here are some layouts i did. i used mostly from the June kit of Sweet Peach Crop Shop.. I had some pictures from the beach and the kit was perfect for it..The 2 last layouts are from Studio Calico kits.. Photos taken by Jenny Thomas Photography.

I will post some cards later in the week.. don't wanna upload too many photos..

i am slowly getting some layouts done.. so here are some i have done lately. funny i have the girls and future baby boone but none of Cole.. he is so hard to get pictures of. he hates his pictures to be taken.. gonna work on getting some recent pics of him.

off to lay down.. i have a bad sinus infection.. can't take much with being pregnant..

oh wow.. it's been a while. I started at walmart working nights and it seems it has taken me a while to adjust. I don't know when to sleep and when to eat.. so it will eventually get better..

in the mean time.. i was asked at My Sketch World to be the Guest Designer for this month. If you love sketches come on over it is a great site and some great scrappers there also. I used the sketch for October 16. Here is my layout..

I have some other layouts i have ideas for so stayed tuned!! i will update better on my blog.

The summer is gone.. and school has finally started.. so glad to have a regular routine again..
Ivy starts school tomorrow.. Looking forward to her having some school time now. She is lost when Cole and Jameson aren't at home.. I will get some photos tomorrow of her.. Hopefully!!

i have been MIA for a while lately.. i helped with a baby shower last saturday and am finally feeling the creativeness i have been needing.. here are some pics from the things i made.. i can't believe i made a corsage out of baby socks.. but i figured out how to.. was a fun project.

been spending more time with the kids.
and decorating the house with some things that i have found and have been given.. guess i need to take pics of my refurbished furniture i have found lately.. still working on a coffee table i am gonna make for a bench for the entry way.. and the china cabinet i just bought.. i have been wanting one for a very long time..

okay hopefully this is the push to get more productive..

a month.. wow i can't believe i haven't posted anything in a month.. i have been a busy bee.. i did a few layouts this month.. i have just been doing a lot of things with the kids outside lately. i walk while the kids ride there bikes.. and last Saturday we went to the beach. it's too nice outside to not enjoy the spring weather, because when summer comes we won't be able to do all the fun things we are doing now.. just to hot..

i haven't scrapbooked much lately. I have been trying to take more photos though. I have a ton of cards i need to add to my etsy store.

Our Easter was very nice. The program at church was awesome. i had chills most of the service.. very powerful..
and i wore a dress which doesn't happen much. i actually found one i really liked..

i also got the opportunity to do a layout for Basic Grey. So honored to be beside some of the most beautiful layouts i have seen.. i also wanna thank Kelly Goree for having me.. wow she is such a inspiration to me.. go visit her awesome blog..

okay here some altering things i have been busy with.. i got some much inspiration from
Kenner Road i got the Home part from this site.. and went with it on one of these old barn windows from the farm.. i made another one and added fabric.. i wasn't going to take it off the top of my fridge so maybe sometime later i will get it down and take a photo of it.. It's more simple than this one.

The wreath is some pinwheels i made.. i love this idea. And this huge wreath was hanging on the wall all by itself in my laundry room.. i fixed it up.. and i think it is much happier now.. and it covers this ugly purple door..

i am finally back.. been making so many things.. so here they come..i have added some cards into The leftovers.. my store so these will also be in the store for purchase. i have been so motivated to create and hope i can get a lot more done tonight.. with a glass of wine included. and some John Mayer playing in the back ground.

a few things i have been working on..i cleared my etsy store and am giving away all my cards to the crop that is coming up March 20-21st for The Mosy Scrapper.. so stay tuned for more new cards in my leftovers store.. tomorrow is suppose to be pretty outside. i plan on taking pictures of the kids. i haven't taken any for the new year. it's been either raining or cold..

my life right now is pretty busy..i guess cause i am in a better place with myself and my family. Me and David went on a date saturday night to see John Mayer in concert.. he rocked the house.. and i think i have a huge crush on him now.. something about a man and a red guitar.. if you know what i mean.. we had a blast.. and i felt so special with him.. it's amazing what a date will do for your marriage.. so i say more dates..
and motivation to scrap isn't there lately.. but i am really trying..
i did a few things for The Mosy Scrapper and next month is the online crop that i am really looking forward to.. i will give you all the info coming soon.. i will keep the date on the side and the link..i hope to see some new people there..

yeah yeah yeah.. i know i need to update my blog..
Our whole house has been infested with the stomach virus..i even think my dog reagan got it. won't go into all the details with everyone.. it just was a pretty bad virus. so i have been disinfecting the house.

i got some things done recently so here is what i did..
i made a little one word album.. accept is my word for this year..here are a few pages from it.. enjoy.

i have a few layouts i did with Scrapbook studio and for The Mosy Scrapper.. using the Gauche Alchemy i love there color kits.. had some using things i normally don't use. And the first one i did was from So Sketchy Allison asked all of us Sista's to do a sketch for this month since she is stopping the blog. I am going to miss her sketches so much.. her sketches have inspired me so much.. Thanks Ally..

Ivy's birthday was Friday and we had a great little birthday party for her. I hope i got some good pics. Gotta load them and see. She turned 2.. boy has the time flew by.

Here is a cute card i made for a challenge.. It's mostly made with Basic Grey paper.. i love BG.. there Christmas line is always so pretty..
I really need to get back to what i enjoy doing.. Just haven't felt it in a very long time.

God.. thanking him today.. and everyday.. for so many blessings
David brings me so much joy and happiness. and laughter.. gotta have that.
The kids...more joy, more hugs, more kisses...
Reagan.. yes my dog.. she knows what to do when i am having a bad day..
Family.. i have to be thankful especially for one in particular.. opened my mind to things i would never have experienced (wine) you know who you are.. and opened my heart to so much more..

Pictures of the kids (minus Finley) before trick or treating.I have a ton of photos but i am waiting on snapfish to show up with my photos so i can do layouts of them.. so your gonna have to wait. Grace was doing her mummy look.. and she couldn't sit down.. she was a really good mummy..

I have been so busy.. I opened a Etsy store to sell my cards.. here is the link The Leftovers. I didn't realize how time consuming it is. But I feel like hey why not.. I never use all of my cards anyway. Thanks to Ms Cynthia she was my first customer.

I also got all my kit stuff mostly done at Scrapbook Studio. I love Cecile's kits. I didn't realize the cards and layouts i could use from just one kit..
here are some layouts i did. If you wanna a great community of ladies to chat with, come on over to the forum. Next weekend is going to be the first online crop.

I've also been at The Mosy Scrapper. Getting my challenges and things done for the site. Lots going on with TMS too.. i will post those layouts this weekend. I hope.. David is off this weekend.. Card Crop this weekend!!! And our October Charity!
Just a little reminder of what is going on this weekend...

October 3rd is World Card Making Day and THE MOSY SCRAPPER wants YOU to come join the fun and scrap the day away at our first ever 'Card Crop'.

The TMS designers have been working behind the scenes to come up with some creative challenges for all to be inspired. All challenges will be given a point value and the scrapper with the most points....WINS!!! A BIG LOOT will be given away to the top cropper. MANY cards will be made that day, so get all your gear ready, register at TMS and have fun!

For the month of October our card charity is going to be The Ronald McDonald House of St. Louis, Missouri.
We will be making BLANK cards for the children and families to use as thank you's, correspondence, whatever... the representative said that ANYTHING that they can provide the families at no cost to them is so helpful. So, Lori (our DT member) is asking for handmade cards with nothing written or printed on the inside and an envelope to go with each. you have until october 30th to mail these to her (please send Lori a private message on the message board for her address). Chicken and Dumplings is what's for dinner this weekend... Just not feeling well.. That yellow stuff outside is killing me.. I think that is what it is.. allergies.. yuck! I've noticed the kids have runny noses too..

Got some great and exciting news.. I have been doing this contest at The Mosy Scrapper .. and i won the design team spot for the site.. I'm so excited.. I love the girls over there and all of them are so creative and fun to be around. So today i am going to show my favorite project.. because i have several photos of it..

I love old windows, and there was a lot of them around the barn so i have one with some windows.. i don't have much Halloween things around so i thought this would be fun for the kids.. They love it.. I also added some more things to it.

There will be more to come in the days ahead.. just thought i would put this on here first..

Trying so hard to get some of these photos I have taken on layouts. I have been really wanting to scrapbook lately. Thank goodness.. i really needed it. Seems like so many things are going on right now.. Lillian is very sick.. And thank goodness the kids didn't get sick... Jameson is cheerleading tonight at the Wayne County Game, I really hope she cheers.. Cole has a cell phone now.. and AXE i don't know what is worse.. And he ran out and about had a fit cause he didn't have deodorant.. he doesn't even have body odor yet.. when does that happen anyway?

i opened the front of Ivy's bed and now she thinks she can get out and get in the bed with us.. so lots of midnight trips to put her back in the bed.. I am hoping Jameson and Ivy will start sleeping together.. but i doubt it..

David is going to start working nights.. I'm not looking forward to this again.. it is so hard to have a good relationship with someone that is opposite of you.. it is good birth control though.. (did i say that?)

So much going on this weekend.. Jameson is doing a cheerleading camp, gotta get ready for Wendy's shower and Lillian's birthday.. Lots going on..

I did a layout for Scrapperie been wanting to use all these photos Mo (Melissa) has sent me.. Seems like Grace has grown a lot in the last year.. and she has angel kisses on her nose now.. just too cute. more of her to come.. and of Finley.. I have some precious ones of her..

Sunday is Wendy's shower, so I am getting food prepared and the diaper cake it's finishing touches.. photos to come..

Ivy got her shots this week, 5 of them.. she has been really cranky.. and i think Jameson is coming down with something. doesn't surprise me since the beginning of school brings viruses around to everyone..

I also lost a pound this week.. staying on track isn't going to be easy this weekend... too many sweets around.

I was the Guest Designer this week at Scrapping out Loud. the challenge was to document a dream.. mine is losing weight.. so far 8 pounds. this is one of my favorite photos of myself and i had been wanting to use it for a while so this was a great way to document my life right now..

Thanks to Scrapping Out Loud for the challenge.. i really enjoyed it..

We are back from visiting Shannon and Mo in Tega Cay. Had a great time.. even at the urgent care.. i love going there.. it is just so beautiful where Shannon and Mo live. We got home to get ready for school to start and things are getting back to a regular pace around here. Trying to find my regular routine with Ivy again. David goes back to work Sunday. Looking forward to finding some inspiration and getting some scrapbook pages done.. i just want to scrapbook for me for a while.

Since my brother's family has left our family has had this stomach virus. We are all finally completely better. I've done a few layouts but will wait until i can edit them.

I'm also on a diet and exercising.. Eating better.. i have lost about 7 pounds and feeling really great. I try to run/walk every day but things do get in the way.. i'm up to 2 miles.

Finally catching up. Cole and Jameson are at Shannon and Mo's this week so i have been cleaning like crazy.. I think it keeps me busy from missing them.. But then again I have to also keep Ivy busy, or she will be into things she isn't suppose to.. I got one layout done and more i want to post because if i don't i will forget.

Tomorrow the kids will be home.. and boy i can't wait.. Then next week my brother and sister in law will be visiting... i might need another vacation..

Tomorrow David starts vacation.. boy am i excited... He really needs it too..

Here is some stuff i have done.. These little Russian dolls are just so cute.. I just couldn't figure out what i was going to do with them.. but then i thought they looked like something for the girls.. and since Ivy has moved into Jameson's room i thought it would be a cute door hanger for there room.. it says GIRLS room going down.. Jameson loved it.

Here is another layout i did.. the flower is canvas and i added a little paint to it.

and this one i did for the got sketch 104 class i have been taking.. not really my favorite layout. just one of those layouts you deal with..

Only 4 days left till David goes on vacation.. So excited.. Love spending time with David and the kids.. relaxing.. and i will have help too.. which means i might get some pages done while he is on vacation.

Since my design team for So Sketchy has ended i have looked around at some of the scrap challenges and found this really cool one called Mix it Up.. you can see what the challenge is and also the sketch.. love sketches.. and i used some supplies from the
Scrapbook Studio..

I just got home from Savannah a couple of hours ago.. Just towing around 3 kids wears me out.. Trying to get some things ready for vacation so i am not running around for things.. I also stocked up at Bath and Body works.. boy do they have a sale.. buy 3 get 3 free.. i love the smell of coconut and lime together.. so i got the travel size to take with me on vacation and some lotion.. feels so good after being in the sun all day..

I made this cute sign for the Scrapbook Studio shop.. i hope Cecile enjoys it.. it was so much fun to make.. and pretty simple..

I finally found some pearl glimmer mist.. and old lace glimmer mist.. I am in heaven right now.. not sure if i should go to bed or stay up and play with my glimmer mist.. let's see.. if i go to bed i will be watching some kind of strange sci fi show.. if i stay up i can listen to James Morrison all i want... hmm.. we will see..

It is so hot here.. my brain isn't working very well..
I told some friends on Facebook i would show my canvas album.. I made this for our vacation in July to Atlanta and to Tega Cay.. and hopefully in Aug we might go to the Gulf... i really want to go to the gulf for some reason..

Yesterday was Father's day and we took things pretty simple around here.. We went to the pool and just laid back most of the day. Took Grandma to church.. pretty normal stuff..

Speaking of church.. man o man did Father Lee talk about forgiveness and love yesterday. We have had some things stolen in the church and the police finally found the people who were robbing the church. He spoke about forgiving and loving these kids that did this to our church. Great message.. so glad i was there too..

It is so hot here.. suppose to be in the upper 90's.. so we are at the pool some and just trying to find a cool spot in this old house.. Last night we went to Waycross to Dad and Rhonda's.. The kids swam in the pool and ate and swam.. They passed out on the way home. Me and David had a great time.. So good to see Wendy too and the growing baby.. She looks so beautiful pregnant..

Today i have lots of things.. A layout to share and some great news to share also..
here is my layout for So Sketchy.. i am not a fan of 2 pagers.. seems to me it takes so long to put things together
but this one didn't take me very long to do.. I learned this great technique on the Kenner Road Blog to make these flowers.. I am going to show some close ups too of this layout.. seems like 2 pagers you don't see very well because it is so large..

Yesterday was the last day of school.. i was pretty busy with going to school and so forth.. will post photos tomorrow..Jameson and Cole had some excellent teacher's this year.. I don't know how Jameson will top her teacher Ms Marie.. What a great teacher to have for your first year of school.. I am going to request her for Ivy when she attends Pre K.. most definately.

Here is the Badge album i made for Grandma's birthday yesterday.. I am going to make one for David so he can carry it with his Walmart tag.. minus the ribbon.. maybe some manly twine or something. Things aren't back to normal, but it is getting there.. Grandma is in the nursing home here.. So please continue to keep her in your prayers Please.

The kids are back at school this week and next week and then it is summer break.
Trying to find some things for the kids to do this year. Going to enroll Jameson in gymnastics here in town.. I hope.. No one is ever at the place when i stop by.. Cole and Jameson will continue to do tennis on Thursdays. And there is always going to the pool.. And this week i need to register them at the library for the summer program.. So yeah busy weeks ahead.

I have some layouts i did a couple of weeks ago.. I haven't done anything in quite a while.. I'm really having the urge to get some things done.

This week has been the week from Hell..

David's Grandma Martha Jean has been sick and now she is in the hospital.. please say a prayer for her. She means so much to all of us.. and the Jesup community..

Then my precious Reagan is at the vet, she had a puppy last night and then i had to take her to the vet this morning. they are doing a c section on her.. seems so strange she isn't home with us tonight. i miss her sitting by my feet. She is also getting fixed so this doesn't happen again. Now for the other dogs..

I haven't done any scrappin lately.. and my things are really pilling up. Don't know if i will have time either.. i get on the internet to play farm town and mafia and then i am up again running around.. doing whatever needs to be done..

Mother's Morning out is over until school starts.. Boy is Ivy going to miss it..

Cole's baseball team lost Thursday night.. so he plays tomorrow and if there team loses then they are done. I have really noticed a change in Cole.. He really gets down when they lose or if he makes a mistake, great teaching lesson for him. Learning how to work with others and being a team isn't just about you.. Leaving here with some photos i took of him Thursday.. Not happy with the shadow..

Also if you don't go to THIS BLOG you should visit it sometime. If i don't visit anywhere else on the internet i HAVE to go to her blog. It is a must read everyday for me. Geez this girl is talented.. and her children are so adorable.. And most of all THIS IS HER STORY.. her story of being a Military wife dealing with a husband that is gone while raising children. She inspires me so much to be a better wife to David, to appreciate that he is home every night, to be a better mother to our children.. i love her vintage stuff and her style in everything.. Okay just visit it.. you will understand why.. Reading that letter brought tears to my eyes.. chills down my body.. oh boy..

I had a great mother's day. Very simple and very important. David made french toast for the first time ever.. was very good. He usually makes breakfast on Sundays since he has Sunday's off. I also talked to my Mom's yesterday too.
Everything is so busy with baseball and the ending of school it is so hard to keep up with everyone. I haven't gotten my mother's day present yet.. i ordered some zircon earrings to go with my ring that David got me a couple of years ago. Pretty simple earrings which i like. So Albert is getting those made for me.

Okay here are some layouts i did at National Scrapbook Day.. I am really behind.. thanks to AT & T for the disconnection thing going on.. but i think they got it fixed... they tried all day Thursday to figure out what the problem was.. so right now i am happy with it. Thank goodness..

Since today is May 1st this layout is perfect for the spring time weather.. I did this for So Sketchy .. at first the sketch really scared me but i got my Scarlet lime kit last month and the combo of the kit and the sketch was perfect..

Yesterday was a crazy day.. Cole's game was called off in the 3rd inning.. because of lightning.. i think something has to be done about the kids on the ball field when it is lightning though.. took them a while to get them away from the fence and the open space.. won't go into how i feel about that though.. so i didn't get any photos..next game hopefully.

Something i worked on yesterday. I had to make a kit it is called Whimsy Wilderness from Jillibean.. so i had to photo the kit then do 2 layouts for this contest Creative layout kit designer.. I have never really thought about putting things together. Although you had to put a the same products together, which i really like to mix it up. Fun challenge.

I'm up at 5:30 this morning. I can't sleep. I think it is because David is working nights this week. So I am making a pot of strong coffee to hopefully give me a good kick to wake me up..

This weekend I found the time to scrapbook and to do an online crop at 2peas and then at Creative Scrappers I found it from another pea Toni.. They have tons of sketches there.. and i did 2 layouts one for the Early bird and the other for the blog challenge. They are also have a birthday bash the next 2 weeks about 26 challenges going on, and most of them have sketches with the challenges.
And i won the Early Bird contest yesterday.. Here is the layout I did... and some others i did this weekend.

This is the one I did for the Early Bird challenge. I was just having fun with the sketch and really didn't even know there was a prize involved.

I made this card with a stamp and a bleaching technique.. lots of fun.. Just made sure Ivy wasn't around.

It's Tax day for some of ya'll.. I know Mo is glad that this tax season is over... I am glad it is over for her.. she really needs a break.. and have the Baby..

Our Easter was very nice.. although we missed going to Nana's this year because of Cole's dad being here.. so we are going to have the egg hunt later on. Can't wait for that..

Easter is coming tomorrow. I love Easter. Tomorrow we are going to have a flowering cross for the first time and i am really looking forward to seeing it. Everyone brings a flower from home.. The armarilla's are blooming so i am taking those. Thank goodness it is going to be hot the girls dresses are sleeveless so it is going to be perfect.. Cole will be with us in the morning but then goes to his dads for a couple of days. Josh is home for a couple of days before he goes to Afghanistan.. Please keep him and Tracy and the family in your prayers.

Any day Ivy is going to be cutting that tooth. It is really irritating her to the point where she isn't eating or sleeping. i can feel it but it seems the tooth is pushing her gums.. i guess if it doesn't cut soon i am going to have to see Dr John..

I really had a great time with the Ladies at the crop Saturday.. it feels so good to be away from the house sometimes and do something for yourself for a change. I mostly did layouts for the Guest Design Team spot i got for this month.

I have been washing muddy clothes all day long today.. and i want to say ENOUGH is ENOUGH.. kids are going out playing in the mud, change clothes, watch a little tv, out again in clean clothes.

I did this mini book a couple of days ago. I got the kit from Polka Dot Whimsy Michelle does the best kits.. I love her style and what she picks out for the monthly kits.. she has the instructions for these kits if you want to use them for minis.. I like to use the instructions sometimes because it give me ideas for other things.. And it gives me a break from thinking of ideas.. nice change sometimes.

shhh.. don't look at the greasy little fingers on the front.. Ivy got ahold of it. I could have killed David for letting her touch it with messy hands. oh well another great memory

It's really raining here.. school is out tomorrow and Ivy is running a fever.. she has cried all day long today. Hasn't slept or ate.. So tomorrow will be very busy for us. I did get a card made for the Scrapperie's card challenge Snail Mail Soiree Challenge right now i am so into making cards.. i think i made 10 cards over the weekend.. and here is some layouts i did this weekend also.

I tell ya... i have had one heck of a weekend.. Friday night started the crop and i had the inspiration flowing.. you will see in the coming days.. i made 10 cards.. and a few projects..
Then Saturday we went to the creek and paddled down some.. It was so fun.. Although Jameson was saying she wanted to go home every 5 minutes. she was the only one that didn't enjoy it. So i took the girls home and David and Cole went back and tried to clear some dams so we could go in different areas.. it seems like the beaver dams are all over and keeping the water in.. 4 hours later they were home soaking wet and David was exhausted.. and soar.. Sunday we played hooky from church and David called our friends Adam and River to see if they wanted to go.. But we had about 5 inches of rain and the creek was now a flowing river.. And guess who went Sunday? Yeap... Jameson.. she didn't cry that time..i think the more she goes the better she will be.. It is just so breath taking..

Happy Weekend..
David starts his vacation today which means clean up and help me with this..
I have been at The Mosy Scrapper they are having a 1 year celebration with a crop.. all kinds of challenges.. i did 2 last night and plan to do more this weekend (if i can).

Been having a crazy week. One of our cat (Coconut) had kittens yesterday.. And i had to go get Cole from school..he has poison ivy. And David is off 2 days in a row.. that means clean up, pick up behind him too.. and then they go down to the creek and get dirty with mud. They found a beavers dam and some other cool photos.. I will probably post those tomorrow..

Also I am one of the guest designers at Scrapperie and i have been working on using the kit for next month. I can't wait to show those. I found some cute photos of Cole when he was younger and decided to use some of those photos with the kit....

Also if you like crops like i do i will be at The Mosy Scrapper (online crop) all this weekend.. Doing fun challenges and so forth.. Christa always has all kinds of things to do and ideas as well.. so check it out..

I am feeling much better. Still don't have an appetite for food or my taste back.. Today is inventory day for David at work.. I haven't seen him in days. and he hasn't had a day off in quite a while.. hoping to have him back home. He starts his vacation soon.. really looking forward to getting some things done when he is home.

I did these layouts for Color combo a couple of weeks ago.. i just haven't had the time or effort to post them. I have also been organizing my photos and found these of Cole when he was younger (2).. So i am getting some of these photos done.. his baby book is getting a little larger. i just wish i had more photos.. not sure where they went..

I am finally going to get to order a flash for my camera so my layouts will be better to look at.. Can't wait.. i might get a lens.. gotta do some research on the best one..

The weather outside is so nice outside these past couple of days. We have taken advantage of it too. The kids and David washed the car.. Well David washed the car and the kids played in the water. Here are a few pictures from Sunday. Ivy playing with the water hose, trying to drink the water. Jameson being silly. You can't see it but she has her bathing suit bottoms of backwards.. Cole laughing at Jameson's bathing suit.

I love this paper. I ordered some more of it to do a layout with.. So girly..

I am still recoperating from last weeks visits to the chiropractor.. I was so soar and not able to do much but stay iced up all week. And Cole hasn't felt good either. He has a bad cough so he stayed home yesterday and took it easy. The weather is going to be nice the next couple of days so i am trying to get the bushes trimmed and leaves raked up and just a clean up. Last year i wasn't able to do much with Ivy being born and the surgery.

No snow for us.... boo hoo..
But it is down right cold here..
Here is a cute little mini album i have been working on for a while.. it holds all of mine and davids love notes
to each other. just have to add some more pockets to put the notes in.. I got the album in Amy's Etsy store i sprayed some maya mist on the outside and inside.. boy i love that stuff.. i bought just one bottle to see if i would like it and i love it..

Happy Anniversary to the people i really love.. Richard and Lillian..my father and mother in law.. 30 years is a very long time. you both bring so much joy to me and my family.. my life has completely changed since the day i sat at that dinner table eating with my first dinner with you.. and so worried Cole would make a mistake.. i remember it so clearly.

Today is a great day.. well it is monday... the kids went back to school today and Ivy is at mothers morning out till 12... Now i feel like i can take a breather for myself and relax just a bit. Take a long bath or just enjoy the sights of outside. There are some beautiful sights... This week starts Lent... and that means to sacrifice something.. still thinking what i should sacrifice. Father Lee suggested to volunteer.. i would love to find time to do that...

I'm going to post some photos today. I have to get a flash for my camera. It seems like my flash will not work... So i haven't been taking that many photos because of the flash.. these are some i took last week outside.. Ivy watching her daddy leave really tugs at my heart.. Jameson being winny.. i think this is a stage she is in right now.. can't wait till this is over with.. Cole being the monkey.. these photos are being done in layouts as i speak..

Today i am still posting some stuff.. sorry if you don't enjoy this stuff.. you might be at the wrong blog then.This layout is kind of a title to the album (i hope) and it was there Christmas card so i recycled it to make it a front page.. there colors were red and black so going with that theme.

This layout is my current favorite.. i love the design the paper.. all my layouts have been these old antique looking colors.. i gotta step away.. This is was for the So Sketchy blog for today so you an check out the sketch and the other girls that rocked this page also..

I am so happy it is Friday.. That means school Monday. Cole and Jameson have been home all week and it really changes things a lot for Ivy. She doesn't nap because they are in and out all during her nap. And also I think she got the stomach virus we all had last week. She ate nothing yesterday. Ivy is a great eater and loves fruit. Every morning she gobbles her fruit down and she didn't touch it so I knew something was wrong. She ate some breakfast this morning, not enough though.

David's job is doing good. I miss him like crazy. But i think we are all adjusting to this.

Ivy has several riding toys but this one is her FAVORITE.. Meme gave her this for christmas last year and she loves it.. all the kids love it but they are just to big for it.. doesn't really stop them from riding it though. she has learned how to ride it and not just sit on it. she pushes that little button over and over and over.. Thanks MEME.. (i sometimes hear it in my dreams)

Happy Valentine's Day. I usually give the kids some candy and a big ole lollypop, that they will never finish.. Maybe some photos with it would be cute.. Since Ivy doesn' eat much candy some cute little dresses.. David some reeces candy.. we will see if he even remembers.. The first year we were dating i got a few dozen roses.. which i really don't want flowers that are going to die..

Things are really busy since David started his new job.. More time away and less time at home. So at night I am doing the cooking, baths and the getting ready for the next day stuff.. which leaves me very exhausted. Changes are always hard to adjust at first but we will get into a new routine soon I hope. David is still learning too. I think he enjoys it but misses being home too. These are the changes we knew were going to happen but we are doing what is best for all of us.

The weather has been so nice lately. I have been taking Ivy outside for a little play time in the grass.. She loves to be outside.. Next week the kids are going to be out of school, which means things are going to be busy here.. We will see. I hope the weather is nice so the kids can enjoy the nice weather. I have some layouts i will post probably in the next couple of days..

Just getting some stuff out and getting ready to ship some things to Amy and to Heidi for an organization her local scrapbook store is having. Busy day for me today.. cleaning like crazy.... going through the kids toys and Ivy's cloths to give away... and that sort of thing. I also got a new cell phone.. i hate getting a new phone but my razor was pretty old and has been on the end of it's life. And David needs text service so changing things around. But i have to say i really love it.. Also Ivy started her first day of Mothers Morning Out.. it was kind of weird not having her on my hip.. when i went to pick her up one of the kids bit her on the cheek so Ms Shelly was pretty upset.. Ivy was fine...

So many announcements First off David got the job he interviewed for.. We are all excited.. He has been a assistant manager for a very long time. He will be in a bigger store so more time there and not a lot of time at home. So we are going to have to make some decisions on what we are going to do in the future. Probably after school is over. I love Jesup, but with working with Walmart you can go anywhere.

another announcement I made my first Design Team at So sketchy blog.. i really love Ally's sketches since the first day i saw them on Scrapperie. I am totally over the moon with this one..

HAPPY BIRTHDAY RICHARD aka PAPPY...hope you have a unstressful day..

We are playing the waiting game this week. I am not fond of this at all.. We are suppose to know something about Davids job. Hate this.. and i hate to see David waiting too..

I signed Ivy up for Mothers Morning Out for Mondays and Fridays.. She gets to play with other kids and i have a few hours i can get some things done. And 2 of my friends are coming over next week to hang out and hopefully scrapbook. Pretty excited about that.. I went to a crop all day Saturday and didn't get but a few layouts done. I enjoy going but hate to pack and unpack. And then i realize i don't have everything i need too. So here are some layouts i have done this week..

I thought i might do 16 things about me .. i just saw it on Ali's Blog so it gave me an idea to do my own.. there are so many things we don't know about each other it is amazing what we learn..

1.I have always loved Giraffes and Owls. i know there is an owl that lives on the farm but i never can find it..

2. i have always wanted to be a mother..i never really wanted to be anything else but a mother. well i still want to be a nurse but being a mom came first.

3. i love soup.. making chili tonight... especially a good homemade chicken noodle with David's grilled cheese.. yummy..

4. i hate breakfast.. this year i have made a promise to myself to eat breakfast and i am really eating every morning.. Oatmeal is what i like right now..

5.. i hate crowds.. especially a place i am not familiar with..

6. i love coffee.. love the smell of it being brewed. i love drinking it..i can drink a whole pot in one morning.. and i am totally addicted to Mc Donalds coffee too..

7. Okay i am a facebook junkie.. so addicted.. i love seeing what people do.. and catching up with old friends and classmates.

8. i lived in Hawaii and i hated it..

9. i love vintage stuff... i could look at finds all day online but nothing around here to go shop for.

10. i am really excited to have a day for myself this weekend.. going to a scrapbook crop.. all day long.. i haven't been in about a year now..

11. i love to smell lavender Downey.. oh yeah i use it too..

12. i really don't like Jameson's dog Rainbow.. can't stand that dog.. well i won't go on with this one..

13. my favorite tv show is LOST .. i read the blogs, watch the spoilers, listen to the blogs.. yeah a little bit in love with that show.. and i fell asleep last night watching it.

14. my favorite singer right now is James Morrison.. oh and Adele comes pretty close..

15. i don't like the dark.. and this house gets dark.. i always have a light on

16..i love David so much it hurts sometimes. and sometimes i really can't stand him.. but most of the time i can't wait till he gets home to sit down and have our chat in the morning before he goes to bed. it is pretty hard when you are on different shifts but we have made it work.

Today I am leaving this post to Mandy.. she was a great friend to so many of us. I will miss her and so will a whole lot of us. Please keep her family in your prayers. She graduated with me and David and is the same age as us also. What a beautiful person Mandy was.. David and I know her family very well so they are in our prayers and in our thoughts..

Things like this make you think about what would happen if that was you.. and yes i have thought about that a lot.. so i told David the things i want the kids to have if something ever happened to me.

So today please say a special prayer for her family as they go through this tragedy...

Here are some photos of Ivy taking steps.. She is really getting around now.. But still wants to be picked up when she doesn't want to walk. Her knees are always dirty from crawling around. I can't wait till she walking more.. Pretty fun to watch her push stuff around. Gosh she is dirty.. oh well.. my camera flash isn't working so this is the best ones i got.
