I finally got to use my new camera so here are some really cute photos of my girls being pretty. some of Ivy and Jameson last week outside when the weather was really nice.. Cole was at his dads house so that is why he is not in the pictures.

Well Ivy is finally here.. and things are getting into a schedule with her.. although we have had some issues with her.. she has acid reflux and exhema so she is on meds and doing a lot better..i was barely getting 3 hours of rest there for a while.. now giving her some cereal and her meds helps her sleep more.. although her bed is elevated that helps from the milk coming back up..

david took my camera outside and left it out and it rained on my camera so i have been borrowing Christys for a while until i get me a new one.. so not too many pictures. but here are some ..

i am back...

I have pretty busy getting ready for Ivy to come.. and just have not had the energy to do much else. and my camera is not taking pictures for some reason. David and I took Jameson to the pumpkin patch with her school and none of the pictures were taken.. i was very upset.. so don't know if it is the camera or the chip.. Last week we went to Athens for the weekend and it was just so nice to relax and eat and enjoy the grandparents. and of course the varisty.. we even ate there for a change.. and david enjoyed it this time..

Cole is at his cub scout camping this weekend.. what a great weekend for that.. so i am anxious to see how much fun he had.. he went with his dad and his step brother so i know he had a great time with the boys only thing..

Rachael sorry i don't have any pictures but i will try and update more often..
Didn't know you enjoyed my blog and made you feel like home.. gosh i miss you..

will be back soon with pictures of the nursery when i get done with it and some photos of the kids.. i promise..

Happy anniversary to us..

Yeah well it is our 4th anniversary today.. we are not doing anything special just a steak on the grill and sweet potatoes.. david has to work tonight.. and plus i am just not up to doing anything..i am so tired ..

went and put some stuff on lay away today.. put a crib and a rocking chair i have been eyeing for a while. the crib i am not really happy about because we already have one but it is missing a part and i cannot get it so going to get Ivy a new crib.. and the last crib for us.. and i put some cloths on lay away for her also.. i needed some gowns and onsises for her.. all the ones from Jameson were stained really bad.. and i got a moses basket also and a red and black diaper bag.. i have been really looking for a diaper bag that doesn't look like a diaper bag and i can use it when she outgrows it too.. especially around game time.. looks like a purse.. David is trying to paint her room a light green color but it just looks really bad.. alot of holes he didn't fill up and it just looks really bad.. don't know he is going to do about the walls but i know it really looks trashy.. so now i am trying to find bedding for her room now.. haven't found anything i really like yet.. okay enough baby talk..

Speaking of the dawgs i am really disappointed in there performance saturday.. they just could not catch the Damn ball.. i know why though.. i didn't have any black olives saturday.. thought i had a can but did not and that was a bad vibe already before the game even started.. oh well there is always next time.

Happy September

well things are going great this weekend.. Georgia won there football game and guess who lost.. Tennessee...

I love September that means college football and it is getting cooler.. and getting closer to Ivy coming to our lives.. so we are trying to get her room fixed and trying to find the screws for the crib.. i really don't want to buy another crib.. i have my eyes on a chair that is a rocking chair with an ottoman.. david is going to paint the room too a light green color. so gotta look for bedding next..

and i got some layouts done too.. i am really excited about the So Hot one because i usually do layouts of the kids and this one is just different for me and it was fun at the same time..

I really like the one of grandma riding the jet ski for the first time.. that picture is priceless.. so getting some cards made and of course some pages done.. then going to start on Ivy's album real soon... We are trying to get her room together and have the paint color i want just have to get the paint and HOPEFULLY david will paint her room since i can't paint her room.. then put everything together.. i went through all Jamesons cloths and can't find alot of her cloths.. and threw out some stuff that was soiled so have some shopping to do.. gotta get a boppy cause i gave mine to Jennifer and James.. and of course diapers.. the kids are realizing it is going to be a girl now.. and hopefully Cole can deal with the baby not being a boy.. i think he will be fine.. i just tell him he is my special boy and i was meant to only have him for a son.. (i am gonna cry).... okay later everyone..

We found out last week we are going to have a baby girl.. her name is going to be IVY RUTH..

Just Ivy though middle name Ruth.. everyone i have asked loved it so that made me feel so much better about her name.. and it isn't long either which makes it better when you are calling Jameson so much..here is some layouts i have been doing lately..

This one of my grandma is one my favorites.. i just love this photo.. this will probably not be the only layout i use with that photo..

it has been a crazy month for me.. cole starting school jameson starting school of discovery and everything else thrown in.. i got some pictures from when we were in athens.. cole caught a huge fish at grandpas pond.. and some of the kids at the lake..then sometime this week i will put coles first day of school pictures..

been creative lately

i love this picture of jameson.. she had her new sunglasses and wanted a picture taken with them on.. this is also a challenge i did with ONE LITTLE WORD BLOG.. The word is MY.. so thought this was a great title for my little girl...
this is cole and jameson fishing a couple of weeks ago.. david took this picture and i loved it so much.. had to get the one hour photo on this so i could do this layout.. jameson had dropped her fishing pole in the water and david never found it so i am thinking she sat with cole while he fished..

i do have more of these pond pictures i will post sometime soon.. this weekend is going to be crazy and i am not going to have time to post them maybe on monday i can..

some recent layouts

The first one is of cole at sandys pool last year.. i hand sewn all of it on the page.. took me a long time but well worth it.. this is one of my favs..

The second is of my grandma thomas.. this one i have been wanting to do for a while. and these are the only pictures i have with my grandma and cole..

The third is my pregnancy journal.. with every pregnancy i have a journal.. it is a way to keep track of the progress and i love to go back and read things that happened because we all quickly forget the past..


The fourth is pinwheels.. i have been loving this picture of cole for so long and finally figured out what i wanted to do.. the little triangles are photo corners that i put together..

so this is what i have been up to lately.. trying to stay cool and getting things done with the kids and my scrapbook pages.. gotta get as much as i can do now before the baby gets here and then i really won't have time for scrapbooking.. and i will be doing more on the new baby than the kids so.. i am really trying to get coles baby pictures done.. it seems like i don't have enough of him when he was little so doing what i can find and what i have.. so if you do have any please let me borrow them so i can scan them and scrapbook them..

Pictures from the beach

Took some pictures at the beach sunday.. we went to the beach and spent some time with dad.. had a great time.. jameson picked up a baby hammerhead shark.. it was dead and had gotten in a cove (?) and could not get back into the ocean.. jameson picked it up and was amazed by it. i got my feet burned and i was under and umbrella most of the time.

12 weeks today.. getting past the 1st trimester is relieving for me.. the second trimester is not so bad.. and my belly is a bump now. well a little one.. i haven't gain to much weight yet.. going to the dr on the 28th.. can't wait to hear the heart beat..

it rained this weekend!!

Saturday we went to savannah to pick up our prepared meals from http://www.mysupperstudio.com/Default.aspx supper studio.. got some really good meals..
we had our first meal saturday night.. really good stuff.. it rained on us the whole time we were in savannah.. we wanted to look at some cars but it rained so hard we just could not look inside or anything.. we would get soaked just to go out and look at one for a minute or two.. so not good.. so we came home and the kids and david played outside in the rain.. i got some really good pictures of them throwing mud and jameson in her underware playing in the rain.. really cute

I am feeling better.. i got some different medicine that doesn't make me sit inside and not go out in the sun either.. richard and lillian have a pool and i haven't been able to go swimming because of the meds i was taking.. got those changed but i haven't had to take it because i really don't have it much.. i did have some cramps and some sickness sunday.. not sure why.. but i feel good today so that is a good thing.. just taking it day by day with the morning sickness..

By the way if you aren't watching Soprano then what are you watching?? oh my goodness i was shocked last night..i can't wait till next sunday when the finale of this show and that is it..i am a little sad.. well very sad.. on memorial day i was not feeling well and i watched sopranos all day long till i went to sleep monday night watching reruns of this show on A&E.. i love this show. not as much as LOST but it is my second place.. it is one of the best shows ever on TV..

sorry not posting in a while

I have had morning sickness all day for a couple of weeks.. i am hoping it is gone. it does look like david has it now too.. pretty funny to me.. we went and got a ultrasound and it was an okay pic but not really nothing but fuzz..

school is out now and jameson isn't going to daycare anymore.. i am really looking forward to spending some time with cole and jameson and hopefully feeling well enough to accomplish some things during the summer.. i am going to work on the days david is off so still working a little..

i have done a few layouts but nothing to show.. i just haven't had the mojo to do anything buy lay down from being nauseous all the time..so hoping i can get somethings done with some photos.. and start a pregnancy one also..

hope everyone has a great memorial day.. i would love to go to the beach but i just can't with the meds i am taking so waiting till that gets out of my system to get out in the sun..

surprise i'm pregnant...

yeah i was surprised friday when i found out.. went to the dr about my hands and he drew some blood wenesday and friday i had my appointment.. so i asked him did you do a test to see if i was pregnant.. he said no but we can if you like.. well i was going to have to have xrays so i thought i might be a good idea.. plus i was having the signs of being pregnant.. so they didn't have one at the office so i went to walmart to tell david what was going on and that i might be pregnant he was like okay just let me know.. so i went home toke the test and it said i was pregnant.. called david and told him.. he was happy and i was shocked.. had to sit and take it all in. that we were going to be a larger family..

so i am tired and i am nauseas most of the morning and daytime.. more tired in the daytime.. i have been napping as much as i can.. and i am not working as much because of my hands.. hoping my obgyn will let me go to the chiroprator for my neck.. the doctor said i had something to do with a disk so i gotta get the okay from my obgyn first...

so saturday is national scrapbook day and i am really excited to be there all day. so looking forward to that too..

it is smoky here!!!!!

the fires are still burning in waycross.. and right now we are getting some smoke from somewhere.. i thought it was at my in laws house went down there to check and there is nothing burning there.. thank goodness.. i get a little worried being around all these fields that they could catch on fire real easy right now since it is so dry here.. we need some rain really bad here..

went today to get some blood work done and going to see the dr friday.. my hands have been giving me some trouble for a while now.. getting real worried.. i just don't have the strength in them anymore.. it is getting to the point where i can't pick the coffee pot up.. and that means i have to get something done about this.. i can't hardly get jameson out of her carseat sometimes.. i just don't have the grasp to push things and hold things.. when i went and got my blood drawn the nurse knew i was nervous and yeah i was.. it takes nurses forever to get my blood.. they have a hard time finding my veins.. and usually they have to take it out from on top of my hand and that really hurts so i was praying they would not have to do that today.. so had a great nurse that got some blood from my arm.. thank goodnes..

happy monday

this weekend has been so nice outside.. we have been doing alot of yard cleaning and planting flowers.. and we even put some mulch down.. it is looking so great around here..

cole has been playing ball so david got these pictures saturday.. he is doing really good..so alot more ball playing this coming up month.. he gets his pictures taken today and then a game.. hope to see you there...

Earth Day

If you don't know i recycle as much as i can.. espeically those walmart bags.. you know plastic doesn't recycle.. so today is Earth Day so lets do something today to clean up this wonderful Earth that we live on.. recycle what you can.. reuse things that can be used.. plant a tree.. and watch Planet Earth if you aren't already.. this is one of the best shows on Tv right now.. and it is great for the kids also.. we need to understand that if we don't do something now what are our children going to have to deal with when they are 50?

I have always loved nature and now Jameson and Cole they love to watch things grow.. and especially animal planet.. the kids would rather watch animal planet then cartoon network..

Lets make a change in this world..recycle and use those things that are recycled or biodegradable.. or make a small change..just do something..

in the mornings i love coffee.. i love gourmet coffee especially.. with cream.. the international coffee cream.. not the powder..

i am in love with sam's choice lemonade..it is really good and not that expensive.. i buy at least 2 of these a week. and sometimes i have to make my own.. so lots of lemons in this house..

i love coke.. i mean who doesn't but i try to only drink one at work.. i can drink more but i usually won't.. we have a ice machine at work so i will get water after that first coke..

sweet tea is great too.. but i love it with lemons also..

ever since i was pregnant with jameson i have loved lemons with everything.. just not by themselves.. lemons in anything i really love except my coffee.. not so good with that..

christy sent me this song and i could not listen to it so i went to itunes and bought the song.. she said it reminded her of me.. i got choked up.. i had to look up the lyrics to find out what he saying.. found it and decided to do a layout of it and inserted some of the lyrics.. this girl means so much to me and my family..we have always had a love hate relationship and that is what makes us such great friends.. we are so opposite but love the same things.. does that make sense? well it does in our friendship.. i love you christy so very much.. and miss you so much. can't wait to see you in the summer..

busy busy busy

wow this week has flown by for me.. i have been so busy with the kids getting them ready for easter and cole baseball practice and everything that comes with it.. i am really wiped out also.. tomorrow will be friday and the dedication to the boardwalk here in town for davids papa.. someone i really miss.. but i feel his spirit alot and i know this boardwalk/ nature trail is going to be something i will also enjoy also.. so i am really looking forward to that tomorrow.. saturday is going to be busy also.. i gotta get an outfit for easter, gotta make some carrot cakes, and mow the grass hopefully.. so it is going to be a busy one this weekend..

wow it has been a while

i have been working hard on my layouts for a couple of weeks.. so i am going to add some layouts this week while i am finishing them up.. went to a crop friday night so got some done there also.. i was asked to teach a class so i have been getting that ready also.. i am really excited about that.. that is tuesday night..


the top layout is grandma and jameson.. i really love this layout i used all my odds and ends.. then the next one is another fav.. jamesons shoes from last summer.. i will hopefully update everything this week sometime.. been real busy with everything..
